Customer Reviews

You’re in Good Company — Hear From Brisbane Homeowners Like You

Gareth and the boys did a great job. Cannot fault them from quote to install. Love my new benchtop. Totally transformed my kitchen.

Wonderful, efficient and personalised service. I would highly recommend Brisbane Benchtops.

Gareth and his team recently installed a bench top for me and I couldn’t be happier. The bench top looks amazing and has been much admired. (Friends of mine have already placed their order with Gareth for their new bench top.) Everyone from Gareth, to the installers, to the electrician and plumber were 100% reliable. They kept in touch and turned up on time, every time. They were polite and professional in all their dealings with me. I higher recommend Gareth and his team.

Gareth was the fantastic first point of contact and wonderful to deal with in terms of getting all the preliminary checklists, such as the initial contact, customer pre-design ideas and an approximate timeline of completion. Then I was provided with production drawings entailing all the necessary details. The project reviews, matching and coordinating of supplies were the most exciting part, as it ensured that everything was underway. Gareth has excellent communication skills, which allowed both of us to provide feedback on layout, finish, and the overall design. I was constantly in the loop and feedback has always been our most crucial point, keeping us on the same page. I appreciate that he stopped by to check the developments and see if further work was needed. The tradespeople who came and went during the entire process were also superb. They were very polite and courteous, causing minimal disruption to my household.
