Thanks for referring your friends and family to Brisbane Benchtops. These terms explain how the Referral Reward Program works.
Who Can Refer
The program is open to our past customers
Eligible Jobs
Rewards apply to residential kitchen and benchtop jobs only. Commercial projects and commercial clients are excluded
How a Referral is Credited
To be credited, your friend, family member or colleague must mention your name to us when they enquire, so we can allocate the referral to you. Only one referrer can be credited per job, and only one reward is given per completed referral.
When a Reward is Earned
A reward is earned once the referred job is completed and paid in full. The referred job must have a value of $8,000 or more to qualify.
Choosing Your Reward
Once the referred job is complete and paid, we’ll contact you to choose your reward from our current selection. Every effort is made to provide your chosen reward, but if an option isn’t available at the time of booking, you’ll be asked to choose another.
How Many People You Can Refer
There’s no limit, refer as many people as you like, and earn a reward for each qualifying referral that’s completed and paid.
Your Earned Reward
Once you’ve earned a reward, it won’t expire. Rewards are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
Program Changes
Brisbane Benchtops may vary, suspend or withdraw the Referral Reward Program at any time. Any change won’t affect rewards already earned before the change takes effect.
